NO QUOTE OR PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN: The Promotion is only open to legal residents in the state of Michigan who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period (April 1, 2025, at 12:01 A.M. ET – May 11, 2025, at 11:59 P.M. ET), complete the online application form or send your name, school name, complete home address, phone number and email address to the following address: Meemic, ATTN: Marketing Meemic Celebrates 75 years Giveaway, 1685 N. Opdyke Rd., Auburn Hills, MI 48326, or email MarketingGroup@Meemic.com with the requested information to enter. Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry. You do not need to be a Member of Meemic Insurance Company referenced above to enter. However, the Promotion is only open to qualified educators and school employees that are currently employed at a k-12 school or Higher Education Institute that has a physical presence and operates within the state of Michigan. A purchase will not improve an individual’s chances of winning with such entry. Employees of Meemic Insurance Company, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter. Meemic Insurance Company is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated or illegible entries, or entries not received by the promotion deadline.
RANDOM DRAWING, ODDS OF WINNING AND NOTIFICATION: Winners will be selected by random drawing on or before May 16, 2025, from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Thirteen (13) winners will receive one (1) prize consisting of $ 750 for the winner’s school with the expressed purpose for winner to use in their classroom for school supplies, furniture, books, etc., and $50 Target Gift Card to the winner. Winners will be notified via email and phone within 7 business days from drawing date. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability & release form, and to submit appropriate tax form(s). In the event of non-compliance with any applicable requirement, or if a winner cannot be contacted or is deemed ineligible, the prize will be automatically forfeited.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: Each prize is valued at $800 and consists of $750 for the winner’s school for winner to use in the classroom and a $50 Target gift card to winner. Limit one prize per school.

Sponsor (Meemic Insurance Company) collects personal data when you enter this Promotion. Entering the Promotion constitutes your permission for the Sponsor and its associated companies to maintain the data. This data is collected to maintain a record of those who have entered the Promotion, to ensure contact with potential winners and for marketing purposes in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy policy located at Meemic.com/Privacy. Should you wish to opt-out of certain types of information sharing, you may do so by completing the opt-out portion of the Privacy Notice available on the website or at the Meemic branch offices.

Winners may make no substitution or transfer of prizes. All federal, state and local taxes and other associated costs are the responsibility of each winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and Regulations. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be in violation of the Terms of Use of the web sites, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor may prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. Sponsor, its agents and employees assume no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, postage due, or illegible entries; or for any computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion or unauthorized human intervention. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like online entry methods will void all such entries affected by such methods. If, for any reason, the online portion of the Promotion is compromised by reason of tampering or technical failure, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the online portion of the Promotion and select winners from all eligible mail-in and online entries received prior to and/or after (if any) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, by notice posted at the participating entry locations. By entering, you agree to a complete release of Facebook from any or all liability in connection with this Promotion.
